What counts as an AI character?

AI characters are input characters processed by AI features: generating answer/back cards, auto text-to-speech audio, autofilling custom attributes such as romanization, example sentences, and pronunciation, plus AI import from notebooks and documents. Each month your quota resets on your billing anniversary.

What is an AI tutor session?

Each AI tutor session is one conversation with the in-course AI tutor. Sessions are counted per conversation start and reset monthly with your quota.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. You keep paid-plan access until the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to the Free tier.

Do unused characters or sessions roll over?

No. Quota resets at the start of each billing period and unused amounts do not carry over.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed by Polar and support major credit and debit cards. Available methods may vary by country.

Is there a refund policy?

All sales are final. Because quota is provisioned immediately on payment, we do not issue refunds. See our full Refund Policy for details.
